Please read carefully the following terms of examination of the e-mails addressed to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova

The web site: www.gov.md provides the possibility to address e-mails to the Prime Minister, containing suggestions, claims and notices.

1. Solely the e-mails containing explicit description of the subject matter shall be considered.

2. The submitted e-mail shall not exceed a maximum amount of 2000 symbols.

3. Provided the topic of the subject matter, the addressing shall be examined by the relevant authorities of public administration.

4. The examination body assigned to consider the letter is entitled to check the authenticity of the submitted information and require further details.

5. Following the examination of your correspondence, you shall receive a reply onto your e-mail address.

 6. While presenting and examining the e-mail correspondence both the personal data and the information provided shall be kept confidential.

7. Unless you have an e-mail address, we recommend submitting your written addressing/ petition by post.
